I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy
Interview
Made it through 3 interviews, on the 2nd interview with the Sr Director my dog began to bark since I was interviewing from home. She laughed it off but I was given feedback the next day that my interview was “too casual”. I then interviewed with what would have been a peer the day before Thanksgiving, she was very nice but she was very casual as would be expected around the holiday. I was told a week later that I wasn’t selected due to them thinking I was “too casual”. It seems as another interviewer who got an offer went through the process in a week, it took me a month to speak with 3 people. It was obvious I was strung along and that was not appreciated.

Question 1
Leadership Style, past experience, same thing three times
I did three interviews - all over zoom - initial screen, the immediate supervisor, and HR. Each was about an hour. I thought I did well; they called and said they went internal.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Tampa, FL)
Interview
very formal, initial phone screen, then 1:1 meetings with a couple of other members. Final round was 4x back to back. My advice would be to learn the STAR method
No feedback unfortunately was given upon rejection

Tell me about your career history, challenges you have had in the past, leadership style, etc
Make sure to answer via the STAR method
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Mar 2022
Interview
The process started with two separate phone/zoom screens, each for 30 minutes. I was told to expect an invitation for an on-site interview loop with 4-5 people, however I never heard back. I did follow up with the recruiter and was told that I wasn't a good fit for the role. I asked for feedback as to why I was not a good fit but she didn't have any.
