I applied through Indeed, and within a day a recruiter reached out to me, had a 10 min conversation and was then asked to come in for an in-person interview. The interview lasted about 2 hours, I met with two current recruiting coordinators, then two senior recruiters and, and finally the recruiting manager.
Everything was great, they were friendly and all however every single person I met with throughout the entire span of the interview I would be asked a question and as I would talk to answer, these people would be on their phones, texting, answering emails, declining calls, and it was quite obvious they heard very little of what I was saying.
The interview was very repetitive, they all asked me the exact same questions, and I understand that is an interview tactic but it got old very fast when you've explained the exact same thing over and over again, and there was very little conversation flow as they would be in their phones. In the end, my interview was cut short because of a conflict of scheduling the same conference room. I was then given a tour of the office and a goodie bag and sent on my way. I have not heard back after reaching out.
The fact that they were on their phones most of the time, and I understand you have a job to do but, it was incredibly rude.
