They really focus on your personality because they want to make sure you have the drive to push yourself. Solving problems and how you deal with rejection is huge. They do a group interview as well to see how you mesh with other leasing agents.

The interview was basically a social event. Top picks were invited to attend an "open house" to mingle with other potential recruits, office staff, and to learn more about what the position entailed. They watch to see how well you socialize to see if you're a good fit.
