Interview
The first step is a phone interview. Then they will move you on to have you come in and meet with a manager 1 on 1. As soon as that interview is over they will have you join one of the current reps in the field for a day. Once you return from your day in the field the manager will get the opinion of the Rep you spent the day with and then interview you one last time before sending you home. Then they will call within 24 hours to give you a response.

Interview
The interview process has three steps. You have two face to face interviews. one with the manager and one with your "soon to be" leader. if you get through both of them then you go out with a sales rep in the field and see what its like. they explain what the company is like and tells you your career opportunities. If that goes well you go back to meet with the manager to see if you go the job or not
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chicago Business Strategies (Oak Brook, IL) in Jun 2013
Interview
The interview process was very quick. I posted my resume on Careerbuilder, and within a few days, I received a phone call from Chicago Business Strategies. We had a short and casual "phone interview" about what the position would entail. I told her I was interested and she wanted to schedule a one-on-one interview. I agreed to the date she chose, but later realized I could not attend the interview that day and changed it. They were very easy going and helpful with the change of the interview date. The interview was quick and easy, with general questions regarding my resume. There was nothing out of the ordinary; however, I realized during the interview that it was not the type of job that they described to me over the phone. It is a cold sales job where you go door-to-door to businesses selling Quill. Over the phone, she described it as an entry-level marketing position. A few hours after the interview, she called me to offer a second interview and I declined. The second interview consists of a shadow from 9:30 to 4:30 and I knew that it was not something I was interested in doing. If you want a job in cold sales, with hope for advancement after a couple of years, I say go for it! Otherwise, don't get fooled into driving out to the suburbs for over an hour in traffic for the first interview!
