Interview
I had two interviews. The first was with the principal and assistant principal. The second was with both administrators and some of the staff I would be working with. Both times the staff were friendly.
2 round interview with about 4 people at each round. No sample lesson was required, but they did enjoy seeing evidence of previous lessons I had planned and taught as well as sample IEPs I had written

Interview
I attended an in person interview with the principal and the assistant principals. They were welcoming and focused on my resume as well as my portfolio.
The interview was very in depth. The questions were specific and my materials were carefully assessed by the panel. I was given many opportunities to explain my teaching methods, my experiences with challenging students, and the specific ways I would deal with different scenarios. The interview was about two hours.

The usual questions about my career history.
They asked for specifics about instruments of assessment, progress monitoring, behavior support plans, bilingual capabilities, IEP writing, and ELL teaching strategies.

Interview
It was a very quick, fast-paced interview. Good balance of questions asked and information from employer given. The interviewer was very intimidating, but began to relax at the end of the interview.
