Interview
First interview was a zoom interview with HR. The interview felt very rushed. The HR interviewer was not very personable or welcoming. They also asked me clinical based questions and recorded my answers to show actual speech pathologists. This felt very bizarre to me as this is pretty uncommon in the speech pathology world. I definitely recommend an actual SLP be present during the interview process as it is helpful to have someone who is knowledable on the clinical side be included.

I sent in my resume with video. Then, I received an email to set-up a virtual interview and answer questions. I met in person for interviews with lead speech therapists and did a mock therapy session with a child.

Overall the entire process took 3 weeks from start to finish. It was overall medium in difficulty level
