We are always looking for new ways to improve in the market place so your review does help in a few ways but we must respond to a few harsh criticisms here that are not true to our company.
Our office is not a temporary office - we broke ground in Deerfield just over a year ago, we have a minimalist vibe that reflects our team's modern and sleek character.
We work with over a dozen National Accounts as a full service Marketing and Brand Management firm where we offer services in sales, customer service, brand management, brand placement, marketing, direct marketing and retail management. Depending on what division and client we are hiring for your job responsibilities will correlate. The positions we hire for are specific to the needs we have as a business. If you apply for a Sales Manager position as your review implies than you would be responsible for Sales, Customer Service and Management of said team and accounts. If you are applying for a Marketing Assistant position you be more behind the scenes helping with brand management etc.
It seems far fetched to think that an interview for a specific position would go over all positions and responsibilities within the company.
For our Management position that you applied for you would be cross trained into the position as no one can walk into a position and on day one know everything about our processes, procedures, client base and goals. The training we offer on the job gives you the tools and skills needed to reach your highest potential within the position. We offer competitive salaries, benefits and training to our employees based off the applicant's background and qualifications.
To wrap this up, we have a great team within Chi Execs and some of them have written us great reviews - that's the point of Glassdoor after all. Nothing about them is fake - we just have a great team!
