I spoke with multiple people. Kevin (recruiter) was very friendly and positive. Mary/Charmaine (supervisors) were helpful and welcoming. . All interviews were video calls. We spoke for 30 mins each. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was excited to join the team.

The interview process was about 2 weeks. Kevin from HR was really great at constant communication, and explaining the next steps--I never felt in the dark about what was next. I first met through Microsoft Teams with the two VP's. Both that I spoke with were incredibly nice and eager to speak to me, which was very refreshing from other places I interviewed with. I then met with two members of the sales team to learn more about their day to day role, and answered questions that were straight forward. I then was offered a position with the company, and have thoroughly enjoyed learning about their 6 big values: Responsible / Collaborative/ Passionate/ Humble/ Innovative/Respectful which every team member I have met so far exuberate in! The onboarding process has been flawless in my opinion, and again, I haven't felt left in the dark on anything. The training has been on point and I really feel Chicken of the Sea values their employees, and really wants them to succeed. If you have a chance to interview with this company, do it!
