I was interviewed, hired, and onboarded all during the Coronavirus pandemic so my process may be a bit unique...
I applied for the job via LinkedIn and was contacted via email regarding an interview within 3 days. I first met (via Zoom) with the HR Director, Asheley, to assess whether I would be a good personality fit for the company and whether the position was something I would really be interested in. She was very nice and easy to talk to.
My second round interview occurred within 2 days (via Zoom) with the VP of Marketing and, my now counterpart, the Demand Generation Specialist. They both were laid back, nice, and seemed to be all-around fun people.
My third and final interview occurred about a 8 days after my initial interview. This was a phone call with the CEO, Matt Amoia. I was really excited to be able to speak with the CEO and understand his vision for the company and for my department. He was really engaging, easy-going, and infromative.
