There were three rounds of interviews. Round one was with the Hiring Manager and Team lead. Round two was with the new team. Round three was with the director. I could tell they all studied my resume and portfolio. They all have very specific questions about the work I did. Yes they asked behavioral questions and I had to take a test prior to the interview; however, I felt so at ease talking to every individual person. It was the most pleasant interview process I had through 6 month journey of unemployment.
