China Southern Airlines interview questions

the interview was professionally conducted and nothing too off. the questions asked were sort of standard some were quite out of the blue. They didn't make me wait too long for the interview. they were punctual and poliet.

There are four-around interview. 1. Introduction part. You will have around 1min 30 sec to introduce yourself a bit, including the basic information of your body (hight, weight), hobbies, and etc.. I think in this part recruiter will exam whether your personality suits the requirements of a cabin crew. 2. Group Interview. In this part, recruit will ask you some questions for a certain question, which is quite simple and easy. You will have severable minutes to think about it. Because what I applied for was sky peal elite flight attendant, they will exam the oral English skills in this part. 3. Camera recording for behavior test If you are lucky enough to be allowed to join this around of the interview, it is highly possible that China Southern Airlines will hire you. In this sense, just to be relax and enjoy it. They will ask you turn right, work and basic movement to test you body function and you can present the best of you. 4. English computer-based test About one or two weeks, you will be asked to join an English computer-based test to exam your listening and reading ability in English. It is similar to the TOEIC Tests.
