Chinese Estates Group interview questions

After arriving the office, the first thing HR did was to take a full body photo. Than there were some tests to do (translation news). Afterwards HR and other EA will interview you, instead of asking questions, they are explaining what the EA needs to do more.

Only the hr interviewed me. I don't know why my first interview is not from IT team, especially this is a technical position. I can't explain my technical knowledge to hr at all. She keep asking my past employment history, why I left my last company, and what my expected salary is, while I wrote all this on my CV before. And the tech team was like only 5 people or less, feels like a waste of time
