Chip Cookies interview questions

Spoke with three separate heads of departments on a zoom meeting. Each person described the job differently. After that I was asked to make a cookie and bring it in to meet one of the owners. I was excited but was given no direction on what type of cookie they’d like to see. The job was once again described completely differently then the prior 3 zoom interviews. I loved this company, was stoked to work in production and was willing to take crumbs it. They later reached out by email and offered me the job but instead of a pt employee they wanted to do a pt contract work. I responded to except the job and asked for a little clarification but never heard back. From first contact to job offer was about a month.
