I came in for a short interview about my availability, experience, etc and was hired on the spot. The only issue was the posting said I would get paid $14-$15 per hour, but I was told in the interview they could only do $14.

Interview
1st Group Interview: they will ask individually your hobbies, why chipotle, if you had any past job experiences (I only did babysitting)
2nd Group Interview (last round): we went through the 13 characteristics, what they are looking for in the job and how you apply to them, then they broke you into smaller groups and it was similar to the first interview

Question 1
Why Chipotle and not any other fast food restaurants?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (Bellingham, WA) in Mar 2022
Interview
The woman interviewing me was polite enough, although the job they advertized for was not the job that she said I was interviewing for when I got there. Regular questions where asked, like tell me about yourself, why should be hire you, why do you want to work here.
Interview was super fast, but I think it was because it was held outside in some type of trailer, was super cold and there was people outside waiting to get interviewed, seemed a mess overall, declined cause I got hired at Home Depot.
