Interview
I sat down with the manager and he went through how the company works and their history. Reviewed some important safety requiremen's for the job and then asked if I wanted the job. After that I was brought to the back and my information was logged in their system and I was given a pin to punch in and then was told to come back 3 days later with treadsafe shoes.

Interview
Group of people sit in a circle to answer questions. First come first serve answers. Some regular questions about working in a restaurant and previous restaurant training and experience. Lasted about 45 minutes
Quite easy interview, no real pressure more just talking about the position itself with a few questions that get asked at every other job as well as some questions on your past experience in the food industry

Tell me about yourself and why you left your last job
I showed up on time yet waited in the lobby for the manager for about 15 mins. But it was short and sweet. They ask you basic interview questions. As long as you are competent, you have the job.
