I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (New York, NY) in Feb 2018
Interview
Group interview sucked, a young woman kept on piggy backing off my answers and trying to one up me. The interviewers didn't seem very interested and I did notice that all staff currently working were communicating with each other in Spanish, so I would assume that has a role to play in their hiring process.
Interview process was smooth and easy, questions about past experiences, career goals, etc. THought it was a good interview for me and the people were very kind and nice. Would recommentd to anyone who loves eating a chipotle.
There wasn’t multiple rounds, easy questions and less than 30 minutes before I was done. No test of cooking skills live. Was at the chipotle. Employees I met all seemed nice.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you handle situations where you have disagreed with a coworker? Provide a specific example.
The interview process is quick and easy. They mainly ask you about yourself, so just describe some good qualities you have that would help a workplace. And they ask you to elaborate on your work experience as well.
