Interview
I received a call the day after I submitted my application and scheduled an interview the day after. The manager didn't really ask me to bring anything in, but just in case I did bring my resume. The manager didn't really look at my resume, so I guess it really isn't needed. the questions were very simple and easy to answer. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of my potential manager. I got hired on the spot, but it could have been that, that certain location was under staff at the time.

How would your friends describe you in three words?
Interview process was done in person and very smooth. Interview took place at Chipotle and went very well. The people were nice and didn't make anyone feel pressured in any way. I accepted the job right after and the process was smooth.

Interview
I told them I wanted to work there, they directed me to the website hiring form, I filled it out, and the restaurant called me to tell me when to come in and interview.

The general manager asked me what I was majoring in and my availability.
The interview process was pretty average. Two interviews were conducted with two different managers. They asked me the same questions. Both of the managers were kind of unfriendly and rude.
