I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
I went in to see if they were hiring and they told me that they would hire someone every few weeks. I handed them a resume and they told me to go and apply online. After I applied online it took them a few weeks before I got a call back. I was told to come in a certain day but I was unavailable so I called back and apologized and asked if I could reschedule, and they said just come in the following day. They usually do group interviews but I think since I rescheduled I missed it, but they were happy to work with me. It was much more intimate with just me and I felt like I had a better opportunity to represent myself.
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
