I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Plano, TX) in Oct 2020
Interview
The interviewer was ONE HOUR LATE. She was more curious about the my previous training experience instead of my ability to do the job in question. She then pulled the current Apprentice of the location and offered her the job to this location. ok?

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Chipotle
Interview
Process took a few days, hired on the spot. As long as you do some basic research on Chipotle's background and history, you're almost guaranteed the job. I use to be in charge of the hiring process. As long as you keep your composure, speak confidently and passionately, and give good reason for why you want to work at Chipotle, you'll most likely be hired. One of Chipotle's mottos is that they are always hiring, and should be hiring at least 1 new worker per week.
