Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Palm Beach, FL) in Aug 2014
Interview
I went in early, the interview took less than 20mins. I got the second interview, and the third. Then did the back up check.... then a month later they called me ad told me my background check link expired. So they resent it, and I filled out the background check AGAIN, and I did the new employee paperwork. I'm sorry, but its a little unprofessional having me wait for a month. Well I got the job and I start next week, but I hope they're not going to always be this unorganized
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (West Hartford, CT) in May 2026
Interview
I scheduled an interview, but when I arrived the first time the manager was not there, so I had to reschedule. At the second interview, I waited about 10–15 minutes before the manager was ready. The interview itself was short, around 10 minutes, and mostly consisted of behavioral questions read from a sheet. Overall, the process felt disorganized and not very personal, but the questions were straightforward.
