One on one interaction, asked traditional questions, got to understand background, if any prior experience, was online interview, wanted to know education status, past jobs, past awards, I searched for a job online and found an ad then went through questions and was emailed follow up to schedule zoom interview

It was very chill, they asked about previous work experience, why I left my previous job, my skills, and my availability. Very standard interviewing process and interviewer was very nice.

Interview
very easy, two interviews, one over phone and in-person, less than 30 minutes and talked with store manager and some of the crew, got a tour of the back kitchen ask about weekends and experience
Casual interview, sat at a table with manager. Asked basic questions about yourself, and your ability to work with others. Discussed food handling safety. Mostly focused on why I wanted to work there vs. other places and how long I planned to stay.
