I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle (Oak Lawn, IL) in Aug 2014
Interview
Three part interview: interview with store manager, interview with apprentice, and the final was an interview with the crew. They usually ask you questions concerning your passions and strengths and such. The final decision is up to the crew, so as long as you make a good, lasting impression with the crew, odds are you will get hired ASAP. Which was essentially my experience with the hiring process.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had
I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
