Interview
Well I hope it goes well kinda of nervous and kinda not. This will be my 2nd Job Interview so I would like everyone to wish me luck. I really need it because I really need this job so if anyone has any advice please share with me

Today 04/07 I had my interview it was really easy. It was with the Kitchen Manager in Training. She was really nice and funny. I had a lot of confidence in myself so I think that was a plus. It was a group interview with 12 other people so she separated us in a group of 5. My group was first. I made sure that I had everything down pack and answered every question first and showed enthusiasm. She told us she will call us later on today if we qualify for the second part. Now I wait patiently.

Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
