I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Medford, OR) in Jul 2014
Interview
I was called in for the interview, and this being my second interview ever, I was a little shaky and nervous. It was a group interview, and I was sitting at a table next to two others, facing the managers. He asked us all simple questions like "What kind of animal would you want to be?" and "if you could have any superpower what would it be?" He also asked us the usual questions about our skills and where we personally like to be, or think we fit in. Make sure to be outgoing and "Infectiously Enthusiastic" because that's what they're looking for. At the end of the interview, I lingered in the back and waited to speak alone to the manager about when I might hear from them next, and he told me that I should expect a call that night or the next day, and that I had already gotten the job.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

It was very short and easy half the time these companies are in desperate need for employees and just want somebody with flexible schedules and someone who is reliable. Just smile and relax. I personally didn't even get asked that many question just got hired
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
