I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chipotle (Rancho Cucamonga, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
The hiring manager was laid back and professional; i recommend that you dress for the job appropriately(jeans and polo shirt). She only asked about 4 or 5 questions. Make sure you have questions prepared to ask at the end as it makes you seem professional and genuinely curious about the company.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Denton, TX)
Interview
Interview process was straightforward and easy. You submit an online application. Then you do an in-person interview with a manager. The manager I met with was very friendly and the youngest ever at this branch (or district). She asked me general questions about my background, if I had experience working in customer service, food, etc., my availability, and asked if I had any questions.

Question 1
What do you think describes a good customer interaction?
The process lasted less than 10 minutes, and all the questions asked I was prepared for since I found them online the night before. Simple things like "where do you see yourself in 6 months," and "what makes you want to work here". Everything was extremely casual and it was not a group interview since I was hired during COVID-19.
