I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chipton-Ross (Grapevine, TX)
Interview
the interview process was very professional, The interviewer had all of the right questions to ask and was on time and followed up quickly. The job was a contract job and eventually the contract manager was brought in for the final interview.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chipton-Ross (North Charleston, SC) in Jul 2018
Interview
As a contractor, it was pretty informal. I came in after giving them my resume, they sat me in a chair beside the recruiter, and I talked a little bit about what I do. It didn't take long for him to tell me where I was going to end up. They asked me how I felt about it and of course, I said it was fine with me and that I looked forward to it. Maybe that's common in SC, but don't expect this kind of interview.
