Upon answering an ad on Facebook, I met with the owner and his son-in-law. Within 5 minutes, an offer was presented. There was no background check, no reference check or any due diligence done on their part. Unfortunately however, none of the other employees had this done either. This lack of attention in the recruitment process in the past attracted some difficult employees.
