Impressed by being personally contacted by the CEO and arranging a meeting at a time that was convenient for me (after hours on Friday). When I turned up for the interview, it was apparent the company has drinks on a Friday after work. CEO interviewed me with a glass of wine in hand, very 80's. Was offered a drink during the interview on more than one occasion. Guess hindsight is a great thing cause thinking about it now the culture of the business was spelt out very clearly from this first contact.
