This was a supposed 3 stage interview process and I made it to Stage 3, which was a timed online assessment in the form of a care plan activity. There were issues with the forms sent to me in terms of formatting and editing, which I communicated to the managers immediately at the end of the task. Over the period of a week following the task my emails (3) calls (1) leaving a voicemail and a text, we’re all ignored. I tried to escalate this above the manager and ended up receiving a call 8 days later, assuring me that they would be in touch to let me know the outcome and some feedback. That call was now 16 days ago and counting. I think this is an appalling way to treat applicants who have made it to the final stage of interview. There appears to be no formal process and no professionalism in this company, in that they will disregard and intentionally ignore queries and not even give closure to applicants who didn’t get the job. Utterly despicable and not the type of company I’d want to be associated with. I’ve never known a company who would meet you in person to interview you and then never have the decency to tell you that you didn’t get the job. It’s unheard of.
