I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChowNow (Kansas City, MO) in Jun 2019
Interview
Ok, so there are 3 parts to this interview.
1st interview: This was a 30 minuet conversation with one of the recruiters going over my resume with a few brief questions about why I wanted to work for the company
2nd Interview: another 30 minuet call but with the manager with more in-depth questions about my background and how my experience relates to the job. they also outline a lot more detail about the job and the kind of responsibilities I will have
3rd Interview: This is the most challenging but fun part of the process. This is around 2 hours long and packed with very situational questions so be ready for that! It started out with a role play with myself playing the SDR and the interview being the customer. Make sure you do your research prior to this and learn as much about the company as you can.
the next parts of the interview is sitting down with various people from different departments. They really focus on situational questions to see how you have handle things in the work place day to day.
Honestly it sounds very overwhelming but the people who work here are incredible and extremely passionate about what they do, they are not looking to interrogate you. They are truly trying to get to know who you are and what you can do.

Interview
The CN Interview process was definitely thorough. It involved 3 interviews. A screen call, another phone interview diving deeper into experiences, and a final 1.5 interview with 4 employees. The final interview was 30 minutes of experience situational questions, 30 minute sales call role play, and a final 30 minutes of behavioral experience questions. Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding, they made the process very comfortable. After each interview I felt great about the interactions and it made me want to work here even more.

Question 1
Describe a time where you had to communicate something difficult to leadership.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ChowNow (Kansas City, MO) in Jan 2020
Interview
The interview process at ChowNow is very thorough. The first step in the interview process is a phone screen. During the phone screen I talked with a member of the recruiting team and the recruiter asked me typical interview questions. Questions relating to previous work history and resume. The second step in the interview process is a phone screen with a manager of the sales team. During this part of the process, I was asked more behavioral questions. These questions included "How do you handle stress?" and "What is your biggest strength as an employee?" The third step in the process is an in person interview with senior members of the internal team. This internal team is made of Sales Managers and Restaurant Success Managers. During this interview I was asked to role play and was also asked questions relating to how my previous job experience would help me be successful at ChowNow. It sounds like an intimidating process, but everyone I was in contact with was very nice and went out of there way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. ChowNow is a great company and they only want to hire the best people that they feel like will be a good fit for their culture.
