Chrisad interview questions

I had placed a resume on craigslist and had been working freelance for a company in Petaluma filling in for a pregnant employee who decided to return to work at the last minute they had offered me the job. I then received a phone call from chrisad, set up an interview time, and went in and got the job. This actually all took place in 2005 as I have remained with chrisad for about ten years in January.

Normal interview process. They ask about your experience. Go through your resume. Since it is a consulting position, it is important that you have a consultative approach to sales. Above all you will be asked what you know about dental insurance and the health care industry. It would be good for people interviewing to have a basic working knowledge of dental insurance and the difference between PPO and HMO.
