Interview
The interview process is fast paced but effective. You engage in a round robin speed interview, meeting several different team members across the org. From there, you move on to 1:1 interviews with the direct managers to your role.

Question 1
Considering this is a church, there are many questions around your faith, your morals, how you handle conflict, how you represent yourself, etc. I don’t remember many strategic questions, they are keen on understanding your personality and characteristics vs your experience, which I appreciated.
