Interview
The Interviewer seemed disinterested from the very first minute I greeted her. She asked me only 2 questions and finished the interview. Honestly, I feel like she was disinterested the moment she saw me because I wasn't Caucasian and blonde--that's all they hire.
Very easy and straight forward
Just need to show passion and ambition and explain why you love Dior. Be social and extroverted and also show elegance and that you know how to deal with luxury clients.

Interview
First step is to interview with HR to discuss cultural fit, salary and benefit expectations. This is then followed by Hiring Manager Interview to discuss your technical and soft skills. Finally another interview is scheduled with Head of Department for team fit.
