The people were friendly, they look more into the attitude of the candidate and see if they can fit into the team. While the interview was more situational-based. Not technical.

Interacted with the senior engineers at University job fair, got invited to their company lunch which was meant for interaction between hiring manager, senior engineer and potential new recruits. It was followed by a screening call and basic questions in the following week. Followed up for the next round but no reoly from the company, not even a reject mail.
