Chromaflo Technologies interview questions

Interview process took 4+ weeks. Lengthy 8-hour long interview with panel, redundant and same questions asked by every interviewer. HR Recruiter never followed up after interview to say yah or nay to this day even after emailing asking for updates. Very poor follow through considering the amount of time I had to invest into the process. Would not recommend.

It was detailed interview at their head office. once first round is screened, you may have to appear telephonic/skype interview with higher level. there are minimum two rounds. however decision making is quick.
