I applied online. I interviewed at Chronograph (New York, NY) in May 2026
Interview
behavioral questions were asked and it was more of the starting point of getting hired and looked like they were going to give me more stages to come for in the future.
The process began with a short HR screening interview over Zoom. It was quite light and conversational, focused mainly on basic fit questions such as why I was interested in Chronograph and what relevant experience I had for the role. The interviewer also briefly outlined the next stages of the process.
I was scheduled for what was described as a recruiter screening, but it felt more like a first-round behavioral interview. The recruiter asked role-specific questions but seemed disengaged during my responses. It also became clear they already had a candidate in final rounds and were mainly looking for backups. The process sounded long, with multiple rounds, a case study, and a final interview with the Head of Marketing. I didn’t make it far, and overall it felt like a waste of time due to the lack of transparency and interest upfront.
