Unorganized. You hear from multiple recruiters and they disappear for weeks, only to send e-mails last minute when it seems like they could not get the candidate they wanted. They will waste your time -prefer hiring internal less experienced candidates because they are cheaper. Most managers are from an HR or Retail background. Underwriting knowledge is zero. Brief and structured, specified questions to ask on a 3-5 page document. Interviewed with multiple departments, 1 declined, another chose another candidate and the last considered me one of the most likely candidates before the job posting was removed for unknown reasons and the job was no longer available (?)
