Applied online. Called to ask about my application being reviewed a day later. Interview was schedule for a few days later. The interview was with the general manager and it was quick and short. I was asked only about myself, extracurricular activites, and community service. This took place at the location I applied to out in the showroom area.

This interview was simple, with the manager asking about my past work experience and how I can contribute. Got job offer same day. This was a while ago so not sure if different now/new management.
