Quick and easy just sat down talked to the manager just a few questions about my availability then I did a full on application and filled out my paper work for back round check. He then told me about the job and started to inform me on the duties as well as tell me about the hectic schedule and events they have going on (winter time) it gets really busy

This interview was simple, with the manager asking about my past work experience and how I can contribute. Got job offer same day. This was a while ago so not sure if different now/new management.
