Church Farm School interview questions

You meet with lots of different people from all different levels and departments. It's just about getting to know each other's personalities, very informal and low-pressure. You tour the campus and one of the nicer cottages. Teachers do not need to present a demo lesson, submit plans, or have any sort of certifications or experience. It was a very pleasant and positive interview experience, but they mislead and "sell" you on the school by emphasizing the mission and highlighting some smaller issues so they look honest, while hiding the much deeper organizational, culture, and morale issues the school is facing.
