This was a group interview with 8 other applicants and 4 panelists. It was awkward because the interviewers asked people the same questions and it was difficult to create authentic answers. Also there was not enough time spent to get to know each individual. Then moved to individual interviews for 10-15 minutes. The first group interview seemed unnecessary.
