4 interviews- 30 min each. The interviews are very behavioral based. There was 30 min interview to start with direct manager. Then 2 more 30 min interviews with 2 other managers in the group. The last interview was with the director.

Included a screen phonecall, an in depth phonecall and an in person interview with the managers. The overall experience was very very slow and another company could easily outpace the interview process Church and Dwight has currently.

The interview process extremely casual with scheduling issues and lackadaisical attitude from the recruiter. It seemed like the recruiter was downplaying the employer. I followed up after the phone screen but never heard back.
