Do not waste your time! I interviewed with Nicole (video interview over Teams) and we had a good conversation. I never heard back from her despite following up via email.

The interview process was generally fine. I was a bit surprised that the initial interview was conducted over the phone rather than video. The second interview took place via Microsoft Teams. Unfortunately, communication with the Talent team was inconsistent—they became unresponsive as the process went on, which was disappointing.
