I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cianbro (Bangor, ME) in May 2016
Interview
Verbal, in-person interview. Relaxed environment, interviewer ask majority of questions but also provided satisfying answers. I spoke with two interviewers prior to receiving an offer. Both were conversation style and rather repetitive. The second interviewer held a management position rather than HR. The second interview required some travel (in-state) to their office.
