Cidel Client Service Associate interview questions

Video call with two interviewers. They went right into questions about the job and why I think I would be a good fit. Not much of an icebreaker. I was given the opportunity to ask questions. They provided feedback but the answers they provided revealed that the role wasn't much like the job description and they didn't have a true idea of how this role will fit into the organization and if there is any future path that thos role can lead to within the existing structure.
