Area supervisor called, we discussed the position, and set up a time to meet at a Starbucks. I met the hiring manager and we discussed a screening process then day to day activities of the position. In Texas, the Company did not appeal to me as the position was below my abilities and did not appear there was a chance to quickly be a manager. The interviewer reported that to move up from a Field Adjuster would require moving to Ohio. Company appeared to be very in-organic, inflexible, and not a good fit for a demonstrated leader in the industry. Pay appeared to be low though benefits sounded good: unrestricted use with company car including spouse, computer, and home office furniture.
