I was interviewed directly by the customer where I was placed. The questions were directly related to the skills needed for the job. In this particular case, C++, Qt, and Linux related questions. The interview took place in two stages. Both stages were handled as phone interview, mainly because I was out of the country at the time of the interview. In fact, one of the phone screening took place while I was at an airport. The interview was rather casual, while the questions were well formulated and straightforward to answer.
