I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Wayne, IN) in Dec 2015
Interview
I initially applied to be and was hired in as an inspector/hanger; I have since been promoted. The interview process is LONG and very regulated. I interviewed with the plant manager twice (he stood in for an HR manager since we didn't have one at that time), once with the health and safety manager, and once with the general manager. There was a phone screen before all of this, but I don't remember who I talked to or what the questions were.
At the plant, each interviewer had a list of prewritten questions and jotted down my answers. I've since been told that after all the interviews, everyone who interviews a candidate sits down together for a roundtable to determine if they agree you're a good fit for the job. (Since I was hired, I've interviewed for three promotions- other than a few small tweaks to the questions to fit the positions I sought, each set of interviews was identical.) I did three interviews in one day and the last interview the following morning.
After my interviews, I had to wait for a background check, drug test, and I think some kind of credit check to come back before I heard back. A week or so later, I got the call that I'd been hired!
The questions deal largely with safety practices and how well you've dealt with criticism and workplace drama in the past.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Greeley, CO) in Nov 2017
Interview
Interview process was really smooth. Started with HR department, then interviewed with the shift manager of the position I was applying for, then interviewed with the Plant Manager. After that I had try out days for the position I was applying for and if I felt it was a good fit and they felt it was a good fit we went from there to determine orientation and start day.

Interview
Talk to the supervisor and a manager. They are looking for fast able bodies that can read numbers and sort. They then do a working interview if they like you. They pay you for the work but you don’t make much until you get high numbers sorted.
