It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas
Interview
Interview went great. We talked a lot about my experience, and plans after I graduate in the spring. We talked about the management trainee program, and I got a tour of the plant. I ended up being offered a supervisory position at the end.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
