I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Louisville, KY) in Mar 2017
Interview
Very thorough, several rounds of interviewing with various people in the company. Questions are very thoughtful and complex. They asked good questions and seemed to care a lot about what those answers said about your character and work ethic. Overall was a good process however they were pretty vague about the intern position and didn't emphasize all the different parts of the job so some of the tasks I wound up doing in the job weren't thoroughly explained in the interview.
